About the Program
The Organico Intern Program 2025 is designed for ambitious, creative, and motivated individuals who want to learn from real business experience. Over three months, interns will work closely with our marketing, operations, and technology teams—gaining hands-on skills that go beyond textbooks.
This program focuses on developing practical knowledge of branding, digital marketing, CRM systems, and ERP tools, all while working within a sustainable business environment.

- Social Media Handling (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)
- Basic Content Creation (Text & Visual)
- Advanced CRM Management
- Advanced AI Tools & Automation
- Advanced ERP System (Odoo)
Basic Qualifications
- 🎓 Minimum Education: SSC or Diploma
- 💻 Basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet, Social Media)
- 🗣️ Good communication skills and smart presentation
- 🎥 Confidence to talk in front of a camera (for marketing or social content)
- 🔥 Positive attitude, learning mindset, and action-taker personality
- ⚡ Ability to work under pressure and handle challenges
Nice to have
- Friendly, energetic, and persuasive communication style.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Analytical mindset to track performance metrics and improve sales strategies.
- Knowledge of CRM tools.
- Willingness to take risks and step out of comfort zones
